How far in advance should I book my job?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for scheduled maintenance. Inspections are completed within three days and written quotes supplied within 48 hours. We also hold 24/7 capacity for urgent rubbish removal, hoarder house clean-ups and emergency boarding up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Restart Property Group is fully licensed and insured, and our remediation crews are trained and certified for methamphetamine, mould, asbestos and lead paint works in line with Australian standards.

Do you provide testing as well as remediation?
We do. Our environmental hygiene testing covers mould, methamphetamine, asbestos and lead paint, with post-remediation clearance reporting available so your property is documented and compliant.
Can you handle methamphetamine contaminated properties?
Yes. We complete initial screening and composite testing, prepare a remediation plan, carry out decontamination (including re-sheeting, sealing, patch and paint where required), then arrange clearance testing.
Do you do bond and exit cleaning?
Bond cleaning is one of our core services. We clean to agency standards and can combine it with rubbish removal, carpet care, repairs and yard tidy-ups so the property passes final inspection.
